1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 79jl ("79jl," "we," "our," or "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 79jl.biz. 3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account at 79jl. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if circumstances change by contacting 79jl support.

Your 79jl login credentials (username and password) are personal to you. You must not share, transfer, or sell account access to any third party. 79jl is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

79jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing player must have completed the KYC verification process (see Section 8).
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to a verified account in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

79jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. The following general conditions apply to all 79jl bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) per player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 79jl platform:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Using the 79jl platform to launder money or conduct any activity prohibited under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

8. KYC & Identity Verification

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence addressed to your registered address).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 79jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 79jl content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 79jl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the 79jl platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 79jl service, whether planned or unplanned, including force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to your 79jl account arising from your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities outside 79jl's reasonable control.
• The accuracy of third-party sports data or event results used in sports betting markets.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 79jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

11. Account Termination

79jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to suspect breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or other misconduct. Upon termination for cause, any account balance may be forfeited subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 79jl customer support. Accounts subject to pending withdrawal requests, active bonus requirements, or open bets will be processed prior to final closure. Voluntary closure does not affect a player's responsibility for any outstanding obligations to 79jl.

12. Responsible Gaming
